How long does setup take?

Do guests need to install an app?

No app, no accounts. Guests scan the QR with their phone camera and order directly in the browser.

How do orders reach the kitchen?

In real time over WebSocket. The moment a guest taps Place Order, the order pops up on your dashboard and kitchen display with a sound notification — no refresh, no polling.

Can I customize how the menu looks?

Yes. Pick brand colors, fonts, layout (grid or list), banner image, welcome message, and toggle features like Call Waiter and Feedback. A live preview updates as you customize.

What if my internet drops in the middle of an order?

Guests see a connection-lost banner and the app auto-reconnects. When the connection comes back, any missed status updates are refetched so nothing is silently lost.

What payment methods do you accept for subscriptions?

Stripe for international customers (USD) and Razorpay for Indian customers (INR). Both support cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking where the region supports them.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
